Meditation

We’ll begin this session by creating a simple meditation bracelet.

Then we’ll experience the peace, harmony and  joy of sitting still for 20 minutes. We will sit quietly, comfortably, and breathe and breathe more to experience what meditation is about.

Ages 13 – Adult!
